The SOA has announced that effective with the June 2017 administration of Exam FM (Financial Mathematics) and the July 2017 administration of Exam MFE (Models for Financial Economics) there will be significant changes in the syllabus (learning objectives and recommended readings). Please note that this will affect which edition of our FM and MFE study manuals you should use to prepare for the exams.

Sitting for Exam FM in June 2017 or later – Use ASM Study Manual for Exam FM, 12th Edition (available in January 2017)
Exam MFE
Sitting for Exam MFE in March 2017 – Use ASM Study Manual for Exam MFE, 9th Edition, 12th Printing
Sitting for Exam MFE in July 2017 – Use ASM Study Manual for Exam MFE, 10th Edition (available in January 2017)
